What is the capacity?
The Pavilion can seat up to 150 guests
How many tables and chairs are there?
150 Chivari style chairs, 15 x 5ft 6in round tables which can seat up to 10 guests, a 3ft cake table, 6ft trestle tables which are used to form a traditional long top table
How many high chairs do you have?
There are 5 high chairs available. Please include these on your table plan
Are there any cloakrooms?
Disabled, gents and ladies cloakrooms are available in the Pavilion, alongside baby changing facilities
What reception furniture is there?
We have 3 rattan coffee tables surrounded by sofas and armchairs inside. There is also a selection of outdoor tables and chairs on the decking area
What facilities are there for music?
A band or DJ can set up by the dance floor. The electrical supply is 32amp with a single phase feed offering a combination of sockets. There is also a separate doorway for the band or DJ to bring their equipment inside with minimum disruption.
We also have an in-built music system with a CD player and connection for devices to play background music during the wedding breakfast with 4 speakers positioned in the main dining area of the Pavilion.
What is the inside lighting?
There are 3 white chandeliers, a starlit ceiling from the reception area to the dance floor and up-lighters positioned throughout
What is the outdoor lighting?
The Pavilion decking area and 4 Yew Trees are decorated with fairy lights. The main path has sunken path lights. Various spot lighting throughout the Pavilion garden along the pathways
Can I add decoration to the Pavilion?
You are welcome to provide decoration in the Pavilion in liaison with the Events Coordinator
Can I have candles?
You are welcome to use candles, provided they are secured in holders and on a mirror base if being used as table centrepieces
How can I display my table plan?
We have a cream easel which will accommodate up to an A1 sized table plan
Who puts out the place names and favours?
We have a set up team who will dress the tables for you. Please ensure that the place names are separated into tables
