The Glasshouse and Walled Garden Pavilion at Combermere Abbey are two separate, but adjacent spaces, which can be booked by private individuals, businesses, clubs and professional organisations looking for private and exclusive use in quiet and inspiring surroundings.

THE GLASSHOUSE

Part of the original 19th century Edwardian greenhouses, it sits in a semi-circular walled garden.  The stylish and unusual fan shaped building has 180 degree windows looking across the maze. This impressive, light space offers excellent facilities for small dinners up to 60 persons, stand up receptions and cocktail parties up to 120 persons and networking group meetings. 

The Glasshouse offers:

  • Theatre seating up to 120 persons;
  • Dining for 60 persons
  • Full catering kitchen
  • Toilets, tables and chairs
  • Refreshments on arrival and mid-afternoon
  • Free Car parking

THE WALLED GARDEN PAVILION

In its impressive private setting, the Walled Garden Pavilion lends itself well for personal celebrations and company entertaining. With its glass windows and outside terrace, it looks across the elegant gardens with their herbaceous borders, lawns and pathways.  It is available between March 1st and December 31 each year. The perfect one stop shop for hosting the most impressive party - destined to wow friends, family and colleagues!

The Pavilion offers:

  • Carpeting throughout, a reception area, fixed bar, toilets and catering kitchen. 
  • Central chandelier lighting and floor level up-lighting.
  • Dining for up to 150
  • Dancing and music facilities
  • Toilets, tables and chairs
  • Free Car Parking
  • Disabled access.

There is a special two night accommodation package for up to 27 persons in 16 bedrooms on site.  This is subject to availability.
